The General Contracting Process
Novene will be responsible for managing and building a project designed by other design professionals. Novene will provide skilled technical expertise that includes a construction Manager and a construction superintendent for your project. We will manage and hire subcontractors and labor while acting as the primary contact with the client, and also provide specialists and tradesmen to attend to specific tasks in the project. Novene will be the doer and act as the supervisor of the entire project and ensures that the on-site teams are doing their job correctly, safely and in a timely manner.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Opportunity Close
On identifying an opportunity or by invitation to quote, we will;
- Submit offer based on work requirements, design or itemized bills with indicated delivery schedule or a program of works
- Receive award letter or notification of selection
- Negotiate and sign agreement with the defined scope, duration and specifications and terms.
- Obtain required permits and registrations.
2. Construction
Mobilizing teams and resources to deliver the project;
- We will schedule, carry out and supervise all of the work to ensure the fit and finish of every detail throughout the construction process and keep the project on course.
- Our online based project management platform will provide you direct communication with our team and all the information (construction schedule, specifications, plans, detail drawings, progress and issues) at your fingertips.
- We schedule regular site meetings with you and our team to review the details as they come together to ensure the project turns out as you envisioned.
After construction is complete we address any documentation required and close out and will have yet again built another great relationship with a happy client.
