Work entailed construction of a tea processing facility located in Nakuru County with a production floor area of over 8,000 square meters. Built in 2018, the project went from green field to being operational in 14 months in a remote site. The work involved earthworks with bulk excavation and filling, industrial floors, structural steelwork, river water abstraction, water treatment, sewage treatment and effluent treatment works.
