Project Management
Novene provides a full-service project management, working as the clients representative to ensure service providers to the project uphold and ensure their commitment to practicing safe construction methods and strict compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. We work closely with our clients’ contractors, civil and structural engineers, architects and designers with a collaborative mindset and a common goal: to deliver a successful project.
